Tomato and Coconut Pulav Ingredients needed : Tomatoes - 2, Coconut Pieces - 20, Onion - 1, Green Chilli - 4, Frozen Corn, Cumin Seeds, Cashews, Bay Leaf - 2, Ginger Garlic paste, Rice - 2 Cups, Water - 4 Cups, Amul Butter - 2 tbsp, Cardamom or Elachi, Salt - 2 tbsp, Red Chilli Powder - 3 tbsp, Garam Masala - 1 1/2 tbsp. Preparation: Grind the tomatoes in a mixer into a thick fine paste, keep it aside, Grind the coconut pieces in a mixer by adding some water into a puree, keep it aside, Take a cooking pan, set it on a medium flame, add butter and cooking oil,  Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Add cumin seeds, Add cashews into the mix and stir them slowly in the pan, Add Onions, green chili, frozen corn into the pan, Stir them in order to pick up the heat, Add tomato puree, Add Coconut puree, Add salt, red chili powder, and garam masala into the mix, Add the rice, Add the four cups of water, Now close the lid for 7 minutes to get rice boiled and mix well with the tomato and coconut flavors,  Ad

Easy Indian Breakfast Poha Recipe Poha is an easy, tasty and healthy breakfast recipe, popular in Maharashtra. Prepared with onions, potatoes, and seasoning like chilies, lemon and curry leaves make up a tasty and easy snack of Poha. Ingredients needed : 2 Cup Poha(pressed rice), 8 to 10 Curry Leaves, One full Onion, One Tomato, Green Chilli, 2 tbsp Salt, 1/2 tbsp Sugar, 1/2 tbsp Turmeric, 1 tbsp freshly chopped Corriander, 1/4 tbsp cumin, 1/4 tbsp mustard seeds, Peanuts, Urad Dal, Cashew nuts, a small cup of Sev to garnish, Cooking oil. Preparation : Soak for five minutes in water, drain the poha completely and put it aside, Now heat the cooking pan, add the cooking oil in the pan, Add Cashew nuts, Urad Dal, Peanuts, Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds into the pan. Easy and Crazy Three Type Onion Paratha Ingredients needed : A cup of Wheat flour, One Full Onion, Salt, Chilli Powder, and Garam Masala mix 1/2 tsp each, Corriander, Spring Onion, and Mint Leaves 1/2 cup, Small Sized Green Mirchi 6 pieces. For Cooking : Amul Butter, Amul Cheese. Creating the Dough (Plain One)  : Take the wheat flour in a large mixing bowl. Add water steadily and shape it into a soft dough. Keep the dough aside. Creating Onion Mix for the Parathas : Take a bowl, Add the chopped Onion Pieces, Add the chopped coriander, mint, and spring onions, Add the paratha masala (Made by chili powder, salt, and garam masala) to this mix. Creating the Dough (Onion One)  : Take the wheat flour in a large mixing bowl.  Add the Onion Masala mix to the flour.  Add water steadily and shape it into a soft dough.  Keep the dough aside.
