Easy and Crazy Three Type Onion Paratha







Ingredients needed :

A cup of Wheat flour,
One Full Onion,
Salt, Chilli Powder, and Garam Masala mix 1/2 tsp each,
Corriander, Spring Onion, and Mint Leaves 1/2 cup,
Small Sized Green Mirchi 6 pieces.





For Cooking :

  • Amul Butter,




  • Amul Cheese.




Creating the Dough (Plain One) :


Take the wheat flour in a large mixing bowl. Add water steadily and shape it into a soft dough. Keep the dough aside.








Creating Onion Mix for the Parathas :



  • Take a bowl,

  • Add the chopped Onion Pieces,

  • Add the chopped coriander, mint, and spring onions,

  • Add the paratha masala (Made by chili powder, salt, and garam masala) to this mix.



Creating the Dough (Onion One) :

  • Take the wheat flour in a large mixing bowl. 
  • Add the Onion Masala mix to the flour. 
  • Add water steadily and shape it into a soft dough. 
  • Keep the dough aside.



Type 1 Stuffed Paratha :

  • Take the plain dough,

  • Roll it a bit circular,

  • Take the Onion Masala Mix from the bowl,

  • Stuff it into the plain roll, and make it into a small ball,





  • Now slowly roll the stuffed ball into a small circular shape by applying pressure on all sides,



  • Now Heat the pan and slowly heat the parathas, on both sides with a spoonful of Amul butter.





Type 2 Mixed Paratha :

  • Take a bowl,

  • Add Wheat flour in it,

  • Add the prepared Onion Masala mix to the flour,



  • Add water steadily and shape it into a soft mixed dough. Keep the dough aside,



  • Now make the dough into small sized balls,

  • Slowly by applying pressure evenly on all the sides, Roll the ball into a circular shape,



  •  Now Heat the pan and slowly heat the parathas, on both sides with a spoonful of Amul butter.





Type 3 Double Based Paratha :

  • Take the plain dough,

  • Roll it a bit circular, and make two medium-sized circular rolls,

  • Take the first Roll, ane evenly spread the onion masala mix over it,

  • Add small pieces of cheese strips over the spread,



  •  Now take the second circular roll and slowly apply over the first one.


  • Now close the open ends slowly, by applying pressure through the fingers.



  • Now Heat the pan and slowly heat the parathas, on both sides carefully with a spoonful of Amul butter.




Serve the piping hot and spicy three type parathas with Mix Veg Pickle, Ketchup, and Yogurt.

Add Cashew nuts, Urad Dal, Peanuts, Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds into the pan. Fry them in the oil for 2 minutes in a medium flame,


Now add the 1/2 tbsp of turmeric into the pan and mix it with the fried peanut and urad dal,



Add freshly Chopped onions. Green Chillis into the frying pan. Now Saute them until they were properly fried…
